Because I’m so muscular, I weigh “too much” according to my doctor’s charts. Yet I’m a size 6 and quite healthy and strong. So the measure is the problem, not the client. Having said that, I also agree with your point about some people needing that extra push. Research that’s come out over the past year or so indicates that a financial reward (or even punishment) is a successful motivator.
