You may be one of those who would do better focused on a modified cleanse to start. Two smoothies a day, plus a light meal. If you master that, then graduate to the full cleanse. But I think you’ll do better in the long run if you can one successful 5-day modified cleanse in, rather than multiple *failed* attempts at the full cleanse. Good luck!

I’m liking my new strategy with the added food. The smoothies have more tropical flavors because the recipes call for pineapple and mango. I can’t complain about the taste, but drinking smoothies is beginning to get boring. I resort to making my smoothies into smoothies bowls for dinner to spice it up.

I recently began Shakeology when I signed up for Beach Body On Demand. So far I have been using the chocolate flavor, which does have a nice taste. Full disclosure I use 1% milk to make my morning shake. I have tried several products, including this one and they just don’t have the right texture for me when using water. I feel full for 3-4 hours but usually closer to 3. I add a small snack (cottage cheese, or nuts) mid morning to get me to lunch.
