I’m not overweight, just feeling ”fluffy” and want to get rid of the unnecessary flab! I want to get tight and toned. My belly and my thighs are my biggest ”problem areas”. I really think its uncomfortable when my thighs touch one another when I walk while i’m in a bikini for example. Would love a thigh gap (I really think I have the body type for it) slim legs, and a toned stomach. My height is 172 cm, weight: ca 62 kgs. Waist: 72 cm, hips 90 cm and thighs 57 cm. I think I’m somewhat curvy (wide hips) but that doesn’t mean that I have large boobs and a big butt. I’m kind of the opposite there. I try to work out 4-5 times a week, HIIT, walking, running) and to eat healthy 5/6 days a week. I don’t know if my body is slow when it comes to progress or if I need to be more disciplined with both excersise and food.
